I was watching the trailer for remake of "The Taking Of Pelham 1 2 3"(2009) the first thing that came to my mind was, are they gonna use any of the music from the original movie (1974).
The trailer doesn't have any of the original score, not sure if the full movie has (haven't seen it)
The beats in the original score by David Shire are banging.....beats for days

ReplyDeleteHeh, I tched this film a few weeks ago I wanted to see how the original stacked up aginst the new one. The first thing I thought was what a great theme tune. Well funky. I'm sure there are other films of that time that have great score sto them too. I'm sure I heard some nice sounds in the John Wayne film McQ.
